When choosing to monetarily invest wisely, one must at a minimum evaluate the past, present, and future of the stock, fund, etc. under observation.
“How has this stock, fund, etc. performed in the past? How is it currently performing?” Based on past patterns and current information, one can project with some confidence future return.
With wisdom, an investment has the strong potential of a favorable outcome.
Investing your life in ministry is not like that.
In other words, when evaluating whether or not you should invest your life in discipling the next generation, your approach is not like it would be if you were investing your money in the stock market.
