Wherever you are right now in your journey with the Lord, let the following verses encourage you along! We’re not home! Soon and very soon–and while He tarries or we have breath, let us remember that our perishing bodies are only temporary…there is a greater and most glorious promise in the gospel: God will (through Christ) resurrect us and give us new bodies. And with these new bodies (when we pass from this life to eternal life) we will worship our Lord with unfettered praise! Glory…glory…O glory to God! Let us worship our God with praise–we’re not home–with our hand to plow, let us worship Him! Soon and very soon, we’re going to see the King!
Romans 6:5 “For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection…”

1 Corinthians 15:42 “So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body…”
Philippians 3:10 “…that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death…”
1 Peter 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead…”
